There's Something About Alpaca's
Alpacas are like Llamas, but not quite as tall,
At only five to six feet high they're relatively small,
There's something about them, they always have to poop,
Right when I'm done raking it's like working in a loop,
I finally finish over there but then the noise will start,
And when the sound waves hit my ears, I pray it's just a fart!
It's an arbitrary action, they just do it 'cause I'm there,
I would be done an hour'go but alpaca's sure don't care.
So my grasp will tighten, on the yellow-handed rake back,
And forth I wander, thinking, "How long will this take?"
Alpacas aren't the brightest on four
"Leaving Home"
Ethan winced as he sat down in his seat. His muscles were still a little sore from the weekend; taking on two Cliaths and then fighting a Thunderworm later that same afternoon was not something he was planning on repeating anytime soon.
He leaned back, savoring the soft, gentle texture of the flannel seats as the train pulled away from the station. He felt like he'd earned it. After all, he'd come a long way these past few months, and even this weekend. He'd given proper thanks to Stag at moot, before the whole sept no less, hopefully redeeming himself in their eyes; he's helped to bring down a Thunderworm, even if he had nea

On The nature of Heaven
This is something that I have been wondering a lot about, and I haven't really reached an answer. It's with regards to the nature of heaven. I'm going to approach this from a Christian perspective (granted I'm not one, so I'm doing the best that I can at this) using Christian concepts of sin.
I see there being two different ways to view religion: the first as a point-system and the other as an over-arching life-philosophy.
Now, obviously heaven has the normal requirement of being a place that you have to be good to get into. But depending on your view of religion, "being good" can have two different meanings. For the man who sees

Centrifugal Force
Centrifugal Force,
It doesn't exist,
To answer your question,
It's simply just this:
It's not that there's something
To push you away
It's just that there's nothing
To force you to stay.
I mean, for cryin' out loud!

Time to Be Human
I'm a busy man,
With girls to see,
Books to write,
Parts to play,
Faces to wear,
Songs to sing,
Friends to comfort,
I don't have time to feel down or hurt and still keep to schedule,
Sometimes I wonder,
What's the value of my life,
If it's spent being a robot?
What's a man,
With no time to be human?

I haven't done it in a while (post new stuff), as I've been away from DeviantArt for a while. I kinda felt like posting some more stuff that I've since last time, as I certainly have been writing.
So yeah, new stuff is up. Some bitchy, some (hopefully) funny, all posted.
Who knows, I might even start posting stuff more regularly *rolls eyes*.
Well, Footloose is now over. I did my best, and I think I did a great job. I got to work with some amazing people that I'm never gonna forget. I even got called out personally at the cast/crew-only recognition ceremony for how much I've improved and how much i've put into my character.
It's been great, I am honored to have worked with those people
